What kind of display panels does Dynasign Player support?Dynasign Player supports any PC compatible display panels including LCD, plasma, projection, LED and more.What kind of screen resolutions does Dynasign Player support?Dynasign Player can run under any screen resolutions supported by your PC including VGA, SVGA, XGA, WXGA and other wide screen resolutions.I selected a widescreen layout for my Dynasign Player, but my LCD panel couldn't display the entire layout. What did I do wrong?Most 15" LCDs can only support up to 1024x768. Widescreen layout such as 1280x768 requires both your PC and your display panel support the widescreen resolution. If your pc doesn't support widescreen resolution (check Control Panel->Display->Settings), your display will be cut off.Does Dynasign Player require Internet connection to run?Yes, Dynasign Player requires Internet connection to download and update content. However, once the content is downloaded, Dynasign can run without the Internet connection. Therefore, temporary loss of Internet connection will not affect the content on your Dynasign displays.
